Urgent Action Required Both Mr.
Zaniar Moradi and Mr. Lughman Moradi Facing Death Penalty

According to the
news released by reliable sources, Iran Regime’s Daily Papers; as well as a
letter released by both Mr. Zaniar Moradi and Mr. Lughman Moradi from Rajaee
Shahr prison located at Karaj/ Iran (Suburban of Tehran/Iran) very soon both of
them will be executed (Hanging in Public) by the Anti Human Regime Ruling Iran.
Both Mr. Zaniar
Moradi and Mr. Lughman Moradi are accused of murder of the son of the Imam
Jumah (Leader of Friday’ Prayer, and high ranking religious authority) of
Marivan/ Iran (Marivan is Located at Kurdistan/ Iran); while within their
letter they both indicated that they have been forced to sign the papers
written by the Iranian regime’s political prison’ Interrogators who have
tortured them savagely resulting in
physical and mental damages. Zaniar and Loghman Moradi have refused signing the verdict, but when the
Interrogators decided to sexually rape them, they both accepted to acknowledge the verdict as it was
written by the prison authorities. They also accepted the crime which they had
not committed.
They both have
indicated that being scared of being sexually raped by regime `s Interrogators.
They had no alternative other than to acknowledge the crime as it was dictated
to them by regime’s Interrogators.
Then when at court
they explained the truth that they had been forced to accept the responsibility
of the murder of the Imam Jumah’ son, the Judge did not believe them, so they
both were sentenced to death penalty which will take place soon, and they both
will be hanged in public in Tehran or Marivan in Iran.
We, the Signatories,
demand the attention of the above named international organizations to take
immediate steps in order to force the Iran regime to stop the death penalties
of both Mr. Zaniar and Lughman Moradi.

Here is the letter of Mr. Zaniar Moradi to People of the World from his
death cell in Rajaee Shahr Prison Karaj/Iran.
Mr. Zaniar Moradi 21
“My name is Zaniar Moradi. I am writing to you from my death cell at
this side of the world Karaj/Iran. I demand the attention of you the People of
the world especially the youth in Japan, United States, Europe, Australia,
France, and Africa. Do not let them (The Iran Regime) to kill me. Is the world
Cruel to watch the Iran regime to hang me and my Cousin Lughman Moradi in
public and do not stop it?
“I am sure; you will soon hear my fear and my request on the internet,
so give me few second of your time to hear that how hard is to face death at
age of 21, and living with nightmare of death all the time in the death cell;
that when they are going to take and hang you in public.”
“This is three years that I Zaniar Moradi and my cousin Lughman Moradi
are imprisoned. We tolerated nine months of barbaric physical and mental
tortures. Two of my spinal column’ pieces are broken. The Interrogators
of Iran regime forced us to acknowledge as they wanted, and sign the papers
with their scenario on them. In spite of tolerating savage tortures we both
refused, but suddenly the Interrogators decided to sexually rape us. That was
the point that we both broke and signed the papers with the scenario written by
the Interrogators. Now waiting for being hanged in public for the crime we
never committed. Living with nightmare of death I am not feeling good at all.
Imagining of being hanged in public I have not been able to sleep for a long
time. I thought writing this letter to let you the People of the world know the
truth may help me to sleep.”
“Do not let the Iran regime to kill us. Do as
much as you can to stop our death penalty. This is not justice that they kill
us for something that we never committed. We signed those papers in order to
avoid of being sexually raped. Stop the Iran regime; do not let them to kill
us, and by doing so prove it to Iran regime that we are not alone.”
“I am waiting to hear about your supports in
order to stop our death penalty. Do not let them to kill me and my cousin.”

Zaniar Moradi and request of his cousin Mr. Lughman Moradi, we the Signatories
including of Iranian writers, peace activists, human rights activists, and
journalists demand the attention of the above named international organizations
to take immediate necessary steps in order to join us to force the Iran regime
to stop the death penalties of both Mr. Zaniar and Lughman Moradi.
